• Dennis Kucinich Gov Ohio

Kucinich running for Governor Ohio.

Today, Kucinich, 71, is running for the Democratic nomination for governor of Ohio, and those orchards arent just blooming they are on the verge of taking over the entire landscape of American politics. It has been six years since he lost his congressional seat, but the stunning beatdown of both the Democratic and Republican establishments during the 2016 presidential campaign was Kucinichs invitation to come in from the fringe. Populist causes that he has championed forever despite derision and dismissal universal health care, free college tuition, rethinking trade agreements, reining in the surveillance state, bringing troops home, making huge investments in infrastructure are now mainstream positions within his own party.

Somehow Dave Matthews is playing an acoustic set for Kucinich at the agora in CLE. Tried to get tix but couldn’t. $150 a pop was the minimum. However, I also hate Denny Kucinich so I was pretty torn between by love of Dave Matthews music and my hate for Denny.

I’ll take a pass on Cordray bit I respect his time in the CFPB

Not sure their Croatian heritage has much to do with it but I don’t think Denny will do so hot.  He’s been a transient looking for anywhere he can run for office, doesn’t have the best history, and generally sucks.  Especially against Rob Cordray.

At least he’s honest. Kasich can’t say the same, he’s flip flopped to so many feels positions in the last 20 years I wouldn’t be surprised if he started taking estrogen.

Oh Denny boy.  Kucinich omits from his ethics paperwork that he took money from group who is sympathetic to the Assad regime.  So he amends his paper work and why not blame Cordray.

“Today, the Cordray campaign unleashed a series of attacks attempting to tie me to the Kremlin’s payroll, to 911 deniers, and to the murder of innocents in the Middle East,”

Cordray won.  Dennis can go crawl into whatever hole he came back out of.

Kucinich mulls another Run for Mayor of Cleveland

Kucinich must decide before June 16, the deadline for candidates to file for the race. The nonpartisan primary is Sept. 14, with the top two finishers squaring off in the Nov. 2 general election.

Pretty sure this is just his way of trying to stay in the press every couple years.
