I would imagine the scenario you describe applies to most rads on here.

Our volumes cratered in March and April, while July and August have been some of the busiest months I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve been doing this a while).  Since most rads financial model is that of a glorified piece-worker, my income in 2020 has reflected the volume swings.

Our pay cut was 7%… started in April, ended May 31.  Administrative component of pay cut by 20% (applies only to leadership)

Retirement match suspended in March for all of 2020.

      CME funds cancelled for 2020

      ___

Back to doing a ton of moonlighting for extra pay (as we speak actually)
